This collection of photos started in 2004, when life just seemed to be rapidly running past and I wanted to capture it before it slipped away. The project started as "a slice of life". Images taken from my work in consulting, of places I have traveled and of my family and friends over the past year. It was my way of capturing life that seems to run like water out of a tap at times... It was my way of holding tight to the joy! Looking back to “SLICE" a year in consulting 1, 2 & 3, it feels very far away. It was the end of 2005, I was a red head (what was I thinking?!) Now I am blond and Marylyn was right, they do have more fun! Some things have changed, most not. My slicing halted for a while, not sure why. The end of an era for me with work changes... and my Vaio with built in camera broke, and was replaced with a pink Asus. With creative endeavours in other places. 2007 brought exciting projects in games, films and documentaries. on that note i have added "more slicing" to my collection. wiching you all a happy spring to learn, to teach and live life each day fully, with joy. best wishes
